The CAT Needs You!
What is it?
The Contract Action Team (C.A.T.) is constructed of members that work with the Bargaining Committee to help communicate what’s happening at the bargaining table. The CAT members talk one-on-one with co-workers and give feedback to the Bargaining Committee.
What can the Contract Action Team members do?
o Build solidarity in every department
o Prepare membership for upcoming bargaining and how the process works.
o Listen to members’ concerns for the upcoming contract.
o Share information and bargaining updates with members
o Participate in an e-mail or phone tree.
Only together in solidarity can we truly make a difference. Everyone can contribute to ensure a strong contract.
